Our play on an Italian classic, these bites consist of cuts of fresh chicken breast which are marinated in our house made honey and mustard dressing and finished off with a wrapping of Italian pancetta. Seared and finished off in the oven to retain the flavours and juices, these canapes are packed with flavour and one of our client favourites for parties and get togethers.
