Description
A play on Japanese deep-fried shrimp known as Ebi Furai, this bite consists of a whole prawn with shell removed but with tail still on which is then dipped in a wet batter and finished with a generous coating of seasoned panko crumbs for a crisp exterior with a soft, juicy interior when fried. Served with Ponzu dipping sauce to give an extra level of flavour for you and your guests to enjoy!
