We run an outside catering business which caters for special occasions such as wedding receptions, staff parties, and other functions. Clients can choose from a wide selection of finger foods and buffet tables, which include both traditional and contemporary items, whilst benefiting from our experience in the field. Each menu is tailor made to our clients’ wishes.

All the food is prepared at our workshop which is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery. Each item is prepared in its respective section; canapés, pastries, sweets, meats, bakery, chocolates.

We have been the sole caterers for The Palms reception hall for the past ten years. This is where we pioneered the technique of cooking food at the last minute during receptions. Having refurbished the hall ourselves, we were able to custom-build the kitchen to suit this very need.
